Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. If you receive your order and discover a size mismatch or if you receive a defective item, we offer the option to exchange your item. To initiate an exchange, please follow these guidelines:
- Timeframe: You must submit your exchange request within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Important Information
- No Refunds: Please note that we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.
- Shipping Costs: In the case of an exchange, the shipping charges for the exchanged item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items
All sales are final for items purchased at a discounted price or marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for exchange.
